A Saturday of Cookies & Football!

Annie had been begging me to make Christmas cookies for a couple of weeks...so we finally got to it! After baking the cookies and making the frosting, I let the kids go at it. I usually stand guard and help, but I decided to let them do it all, knowing that the kitchen would be a disaster after. They all had a lot of fun and designed the "Most Beautiful cookies" (as Annie would say).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fredrick Adult X-mas party!

Our annual Fredrick adult Christmas party is always something I look forward to. Just ADULTS, good food, adult conversations, and an amazing scenery overlooking the Salt Lake Temple. I love all these people so much and feel so grateful to be in this family.

The kids opened their Christmas PJ's last night! It was a fun night of soup, home-ad rolls, home-ad cinnamon rolls, and a present of PJ's under the tree. Such a fun time of year!

Princesses On Ice

Annie and I went on a date last Friday to Princesses on Ice. It was a MAGICAL night for Annie...we didn't get out of our seats once! We had so much fun with the Meyer GIRLS! Annie's favorite was Cinderella which took up half of the show. She also gets really excited whenever she gets to see Minnie.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

San Fran with some faVoRite giRls!

Last Wednesday my mom, 5 sisters, and I took off for a 4 day Get-away to San Fran. It was perfect timing for a much needed break. It was such a great trip full of lots & lots of shopping, eating, walking, WICKED (never to be failed), Mr. Toads tour (Awesome 90 mins with the funnest tour guide; Patrick Englar...sure to be a STAR!), late night movies (laughing so hard...we cried), tReats, always a great conversation (I feel so LUCKY to have so many amazing women with the same goals around me who INSPIRE me to be a BETTER wife, mother, friend, & human!)...I love all these giRls so much! Thanks Mamma & Dad for an amazing time!

 

 

 

 

 

I wasn't the fanciest with my PINK backpack! My sisters all made fun of me... until I held the CAMERA, treats, waters, and extras in it. Although, not a FASHION statement...it sure did it's JOB! I felt a little like Dora the Explorer!

 

 

Jill was such a trooper...with only 10 days to GO from labor, she was a Rockstar on the trip. I think the fact that she has stayed in such awesome shape...nothin could stop her from slackin. We can't wait to meet little Fredrick.

You can't go to San Fran and NOT take a STOP at Ghirardelli's! HEAVEN...no better chocolate anywhere!

BUSY day! Halloween parades, class parties, Daddy's work party, and other Halloween parties made this week FLY by. I LOVE, love , lOve Halloween...so NO complaining, but where did last week GO?

 

 

 

 

Annie...Little MiSs V. I . P

Last week for Preschool, Annie was the VIP! It was fun to do a little something to make her feel EXTRA special. I love this giRl so much and am so grateful to have her apart of our family! I think as parents...we would do just about anything to have our kid's feel "extra special" any chance we get!
